Nearly all of our services are reserved for Members only. This enables us to focus on providing our Members with real-time, relevant trading contacts, news and information services. All Members have a unique Username (Email) and Password to access WoodAlert. This also helps create a safer e-business environment and helps reduce spam.

WoodAlert is a new B2B wood portal, but aims at becoming the largest timber contact database in the world.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We offer only the services listed on our site. However, you can contact us in order to establish partnerships for future activities.
8. How can I advertise my Company on WoodAlert?
You can sign up for free and set up your company profile. Additionally, Premium Members have extended benefits, as they are entitled to a personalized Premium theme for their posts in categories, personalized Member's Page showing your full contact details and a link to their website. Premium Members are also entered into the Premium Member Directory and receive priority listing positions. Premium Members are able to place banner and classified advertisements as well as interact directly with all members. Last but not least, they can publish news (reports) about their company. 9. I noticed an error on WoodAlert. What now?

10. When I try to login, I get an error saying that a confirmation is required. The problem is I didn't receive any confirmation email from WoodAlert.
It may be possible that our email didn't reach you, or got into your spam folder. If you can't find it, contact us, so we can further investigate.
11. What is your Credit Card Policy?
We do not collect or store your credit card information online, we use a global 3rd party payment processors (Paypal) as part of our online sign in process. We don't take credit card information over or by email. The payment process is automated, however, you can

13. What is your policy on refunds?
We normally do not make refunds of membership subscriptions paid because of the value of information received immediately on access to the site. However, we will analyze each request on a case by case basis, and if we are satisfied that a genuine error has been made as opposed to a "change of mind", then we will consider refunding an amount taking into account the costs incurred by us to receive the payment originally. No claim for refund under any circumstances will be considered if the claim is not made within 30 days of the member being advised of the setup of the membership. No refunds will be made for advertising costs.
14. What is WoodAlert's cancellation policy?
A Membership can be cancelled at any time by the member without refund of any subscription but data in relation to communication with other members cannot be deleted as this may effect contractual information.
